ABOUT US
ANATOLIAN MANAGEMENT SOCIETY, is a social organization established in Tokat in 2011, by the faculty members of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University (TOGU) who work in the department of business administration and management and organization discipline. The main aim of this society is to cultivate knowledge in the academic field that is beneficial for society as a whole.
The beginning, Anatolian Management Society started with just 3 faculty members, and at present, it includes 6 faculty members and 12 doctoral students. This group has grown in terms of both quality and quantity and also endeavors to diversify its academic activities.
Here are the activities that the Anatolian Management Society has directly or indirectly contributed:
3rd Organizational Behavior Conference
The society gave full support to hold a conference in Gaziosmanpaşa on the 6th and 7th of November, 2015. The conference was a huge success that paved way for us to arrange such conferences again in the future. Therefore, we have decided to arrange a bigger conference this time namely INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, ECONOMICS, AND SOCIAL SCIENCES CONFERENCE (IBESCO).
Journal of Organizational Behavior Research (JOOBR)
At Anatolian Management Society, another challenge was to start a journal in the field of organizational behavior. We started work on it and succeeded in publishing three issues of the journal indexed in national and international directories. Until now, the journal is being published in both Turkish and English languages but we aspire to publish it in other languages too like Arabic, Chinese, and Russian languages. We are working wholeheartedly to accomplish this task.
Association of Entrepreneurship, Management and Strategy Researches (GIYSAD)
Another important achievement of our society is the inception of GIYSAD. The GIYSAD was founded in January 2017 to facilitate academic research, to sponsor or organize conferences, symposiums, and similar organizations on social sciences, and also to make projects and partnerships on such issues both nationally and internationally. IBESCO can be considered a sign of the association's future activities. The most important project of the GIYSAD is to explore and enter into new projects by partnering with other non-governmental organizations in the following periods.
